Among the new products is the iPA-121-M microwave amplifier, featuring a frequency range of 2.0–3.6 GHz and an output power of 25 W.

The lineup of broadband microwave amplifiers will include the following models:

• К1324УВ40У1 and К1324УВ41У1 with a frequency range of 0.01–2.0 GHz;
• К1324УВ42У1 and К1324УВ43У1 with a frequency range of 0.01–7.0 GHz.

These devices are designed for use in intermediate frequency (IF) signal paths and satellite communication systems, offering several advantages:

• An additional bias pin for adjusting operating current (Ip).
• Low gain flatness (minimal gain variation).
• A miniature package compatible with QFN12 (3x3 mm²).

Another new medium-power microwave amplifier is the К1324УВ60У1, featuring a frequency range of 0.01–8.0 GHz and a 1dB compression point (Pout_1dB) of 32 dBm. Product advantages:

• Output power exceeding 1 W across the entire operating range.
• Gain flatness of <2 dB across the entire bandwidth.

The company will also debut a digitally controlled variable microwave amplifier, the K1324UP2U (frequency range: 0.3–6.0 GHz; max gain: 17 dB; resolution: 6 bits). Advantages:

• Built-in amplifier bias tee.
• Amplifier disable function.
• Step attenuator error of less than 0.3 dB across the entire operating range.
