Electron Mash has expanded its signal converter product line by releasing nine new GaAs ICs. All these products serve as equivalents to popular imported components (from manufacturers such as HMC, LT, AD, Mini-Circuits, etc.).

The new products include phase shifters, mixers, filters, and power limiters.

• К1324ПФ13АУ1 — Microwave phase shifter with continuous analog voltage control. Operating frequency range: 10–18 GHz.
• К1324ПФ4АУ1 — Microwave phase shifter with 6-bit digital control. Operating frequency range: 8.0–12.5 GHz. Supports control voltages of either 0/+3.3 V or 0/+5 V.
• К1324ПС3АУ1 — Active double-balanced mixer. Operating frequency range: 0–4.2 GHz. Supports both balanced and unbalanced circuit configurations.
• К1324ПС9АУ — Passive double-balanced mixer with integrated LO and IF amplifiers. Operating frequency range: 1–6 GHz.
• К1324ПС11У — Quadrature mixer with image-reject capability. Operating frequency range: 4.5–13.5 GHz. Serves as a direct replacement for the HMC521 and HMC520A.
• К1324ФВ1АУ1, К1324ФВ2АУ1, К1324ФН10АУ1 — reflectionless high-pass and low-pass filters featuring low insertion loss and effective out-of-band signal rejection up to 20 GHz.
• К1324ПУ1АУ1 — a protective device (power limiter) with a frequency range of 0–4 GHz. It effectively replaces imported limiters such as the GC4700 and RLM-43-5W+.

These new components are designed for use in radar systems, satellite communications, and test and measurement equipment.
